One booking, all the way through
Follow a ticket through your venue.
Bookings, waivers, the till, the kitchen and the reports are usually separate systems. Here they’re one. Watch the ticket pick up a stamp at every stop, and tap any screen to take it over.
01 · Booked
Sold on your own website at 11:48pm.
A parent books four jumpers from your site while you sleep. The booking widget lives on your domain, holds the spot while they pay, and takes Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Embeds on any website with one tag
- The spot is held while they pay, so it can’t sell twice
- Payouts land in your own Stripe account
<script type="module" src="https://app.reservory.com/widget.js"></script><reservory-booking tenant="skyline" experience="jump60"></reservory-booking>02 · Signed
Waivers done before they leave home.
A text goes out the day before and again two hours out. One parent signs for the whole family on their phone, and the signature lands on the booking.
- Guardians sign for every child in one go
- SMS 24 hours and 2 hours before arrival
- An audit trail nobody can edit
You’re booked: 60-minute jump, Saturday 11:00, 4 jumpers. Ref SKY-4S25.

03 · Checked in
One scan at the door. No clipboards.
The desk scans the ticket and sees the whole party. If anyone hasn’t signed, check-in waits until they do — a rule, not a reminder.
- QR tickets and RFID wristbands
- Check-in is blocked until every waiver is signed
- The whole party on one screen
04 · Till
Walk-ins and slushies, one cart.
Two friends turn up at the desk. The desk sells them into the same 11:00 session, from the same count the website uses, and adds snacks to the same sale.
- Admissions, food, gift cards and passes on one till
- Walk-ins sell from the same capacity as online
- Stripe Terminal card readers, cash and gift cards
05 · Kitchen · Pro
The order is already on the screen.
On Pro, food goes straight from the till to the right kitchen station, timed from the moment it lands. Tap to bump when it’s out.
- A bump screen per station
- Timers from the moment the order lands
- No paper tickets to lose

06 · Reported
And it’s in tonight’s numbers.
The jump, the walk-ins and the chips are one visit in one set of numbers. Nothing to match up, and the report is in your inbox at seven.
- Reports from revenue to how full each session ran
- CSV export for your accountant
- Scheduled email digests

Built for your busiest Saturday
Two parents. One spot left. One ticket.
Capacity is checked inside the database while the guest pays, not afterwards. The last spot sells once, and the other parent is offered the next session instead of an apology.

Offline mode covers cash sales and pre-authorised check-in on the venue network. Card payments need a connection.
The internet drops. Cash sales carry on.
Cash sales and check-in for guests already on the list keep working on your venue’s own network and sync, in order, when you’re back online.
Your Stripe account, your money
Payouts go straight to a Stripe account you own. Reservory takes no cut of your tickets.
Tap twice, charged once
If a guest double-taps pay or the connection hiccups, they’re charged once. Two staff can’t refund the same ticket twice.

We’re new
Try it before you trust it.
Reservory started in 2026. There are no customer logos, testimonials or made-up numbers here. Instead: the price is published, every demo follows the real flow, and the trial runs 60 days with no card.
We’re onboarding a small group of design partners who get direct access to the team and a say in what gets built next.
Questions
Before you start.
Can I try it without talking to anyone?
Yes. Every demo on this site follows the product’s real flow, and the free trial gives you a full account with no card. A walkthrough is there if you want one, but you don’t need it. Try it live
What’s included in the price?
Lite includes online booking, up to 2 active saved POS registers for counter sales, waivers, parties, memberships, passes, gift cards, CRM and reports. Plans start at USD 250 a month. Pro adds kitchen workflows, a custom email sending domain, API keys and outbound webhooks. Pro mobile food-ordering setup is included; guest ordering is coming soon. No extra Reservory transaction fees; payment-provider processing is separate. See pricing
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Subscribe from your billing settings at any point in the 60 days and billing starts when the trial ends. If you haven’t subscribed by then, the account is paused until you do.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Lite and Pro offer monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year, with the actual annual total shown on the pricing page.
How hard is it to switch?
Migration help is free. We help you set up your products, sessions and waivers, and your guest list imports from a CSV. Future bookings in your old system aren’t imported automatically, so you can run both side by side during the trial and switch when you’re ready.
Will it go on my existing website?
Yes. The booking widget embeds on any website with one tag, or you can send guests to your Reservory booking page.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Reservory runs in a web browser on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. To take card payments at the desk you add a Stripe Terminal card reader.
Does the till work if the internet drops?
Cash sales and check-in for guests already on the list keep working on the venue’s own network and sync when the connection returns. Card payments need a connection.
How do card payments work?
Guests pay through Stripe and payouts go to your own Stripe account. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are on by default; Klarna and Afterpay are optional.
Who helps when something goes wrong?
Email, answered by the people who build the product. It is not a 24/7 support desk.
Is it ready for Australian venues?
Yes. Reservory subscriptions are priced in USD. Your venue keeps its own transaction currency and timezone for guest bookings and sales.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Owners and admins can download a full export of the venue’s data from settings whenever they like.
